1 large bedroom with dividers to accommodate up to 4 people
1 bathroom plus second toilet
1885
You will love spending time in this historic building. Built in 1885 as the warehouse for the general store during the gold rush, the structure has been converted into an apartment whilst keeping much of the history of the building in place.
The area is spacious, with a generous kitchen and living area downstairs and large open plan bedroom area upstairs (one queen and two king single beds). Upstairs has a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and there is a second toilet downstairs in the laundry.
Reverse cycle air conditioners both upstairs and downstairs will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Electric blankets on all the beds to keep the whole family cosy.
1885 is located behind the main street of Tumbarumba, making it convenient to get a meal and a beverage at the end of the day (or the start), and right behind Ride Tumba, the local bike shop where you can hire an e-bike to spend the day on the Tumbarumba to Rosewood Rail Trail.
